Join Sally for this 25 minute class that strengthens and lengthens the whole body using hand weights - if you don't have any dumbbells, you can use any heavy object you can find! eg: milk cartons filled with water/sand, tins of food etc.
You will need one/two small dumbbells/weights and one/two heavier dumbbells/weights - Sally uses 2 x 1lb weights and 2 x 5lb weights.
