Gentle Yoga for Hysterectomy Recovery

Join Sally for a 45-minute class that is aimed at women who are recovering from a hysterectomy, c-section or other abdominal surgery. The gentle movement will help to gently strengthen and rehabilitate following surgery (after you have clearance from your healthcare team) and also feature some restorative postures and relaxation.

You will need 2 yoga bricks, 2 yoga blocks and a yoga belt.
