Yoga Class for Week 2 of Your Menstrual Cycle with Naomi Rudge

This 45min class is for someone in week 2 of their cycle, who is wanting to experience a class working at the correct energetic level for this follicular phase of the cycle, in order to work alongside her own rhythms.

During this class we will be focusing on stimulating our energy without depleting it. During our relaxation we shall do a meditation focusing on unblocking our chakras to keep an uninterrupted energetic flow throughout our bodies and our womb space.

You will need a yoga block and/or a Pilates ball.
