Yoga for All Women

Join Sally for a 70 minute yoga class that is suitable for all women, at all stages of life. This movement based class incorpotaes a restful yoga nidra at the end and will leave with feeling totally balanced in body and mind!

This class is taken from our recent Online Yoga Teacher Training.

You will need Yoga Blocks, Yoga Bricks and a yoga belt.
