Yoga for the Older Adult

Let Sally lead you in this 40 minute Yoga session that focuses on using props to support us during a practice that will help lengthen and strengthen. A perfect class to practice for mature bodied yoginis, but also great if you have limited mobility, or are feel a little tired and want more supported practice.

You will need 4 yoga blocks, 2 yoga bricks, a chair and a yoga belt.
