This inclusive 55 minute "Yoga for All Women" class is a gentle yoga flow lead by the breath, with yoga asana adapted to suit the female body and energetics, and finishes with a sumptuous guided savasana. Suitable for pregnant, postnatal and perimenopausal yoginis, as well as anyone wanting some space to decompress.
You will need a yoga belt, 2 yoga bricks and 2 yoga blocks.
